Exchange and Refund Policy
On Selective Items: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days when received with tags attached and unworn due to size difference or defective product. If item or items must be re-order and exchange due to size difference there will be a shipping fee base on location and weight of product. Fees may vary between $5 to $20. (Contact us with issues as stated.)
No refunds can be made.
​Accessories are final sale, however with the exception of damage during shipping processing and will need proof of damages sent through email and exchanges for same or equal value is allowed. Contact us with any issues or concerns.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to process your order.

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days.

Priority Mail Express: 1–3 calendar days.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Prices vary based on weight, destination, and shipping service selected.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Local Pickup & Delivery: Complimentary pickup or delivery may be available within the Atlanta, Georgia area by prior arrangement.

Delays: Carrier, weather, and holiday delays are outside our control.
Standard orders typically arrive within 4–10 business days, including processing and estimated USPS transit time.
